Zachary Barber joined Bonneville Mortgage Company in 2005. Zac is a loan officer that specializes in commercial mortgages over $1 million for a wide variety of property types including apartment buildings, office buildings, shopping centers, mixed-use, retail, industrial, credit tenant, and net-leased properties.

In its capacity as mortgage bank, Bonneville Mortgage has primarily originated and placed commercial mortgages with conventional lending institutions such as conduits, insurance companies, and pension funds. We also work with the government agencies Fannie and Freddie and we are a MAP approved HUD/USDA lender.

We can arrange acquisition loans, bridge loans, and permanent financing for both income- producing and owner-occupied properties located anywhere in the United States.
